Cecilio joined Comvest Private Equity in 2004. He is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for directing financial and compliance matters for the firm. He also serves as a member of Comvest Private Equity’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Comvest Private Equity, Cecilio served in senior finance roles in banking, healthcare, real estate, aviation services, and venture capital. He began his career at Deloitte.

Cecilio received a B.B.A., with a concentration in Accounting, from Florida International University.
