Kevin joined Comvest Private Equity in 2013. As a Partner, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring private equity investments. Kevin also serves as a member of Comvest Private Equity’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Comvest Private Equity, Kevin was a Vice President at H.I.G. Growth Partners, the lower- middle-market buyout and growth equity investment fund of H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on deal sourcing, investment analysis and execution, and portfolio company development. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised companies in the consumer and business services sectors on M&A, equity, and debt initiatives.

Kevin received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
