Maneesh joined Comvest Private Equity in 2018. As Managing Partner, he leads the firm and oversees all key aspects of its private equity investment process, including transaction sourcing, execution and portfolio company oversight. Maneesh also serves as a member of Comvest Private Equity’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Comvest Private Equity, Maneesh was a Partner of Prospect Partners, a lower-middle-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of the private equity investment process and served as a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment committees. Maneesh began his career as a Senior Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Maneesh received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
