Randall is a Principal at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm exclusively focused on partnering with Comvest Private Equity and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. Randall works closely with executives at Comvest Private Equity’s portfolio companies to develop company specific Go-to-Market strategies incorporating market analysis, target customer identification and value proposition definition. He also helps to initiate, drive and monitor GTM initiatives within portfolio companies.

Prior to joining OAG, Randall was a Director at Blue Ridge Partners, where he led commercial effectiveness initiatives, go‑to‑market strategy development and transformation, and pricing strategy work primarily for private equity portfolio companies across SaaS, industrial, healthcare, and business services sectors. Before that, he was a Senior Director at Celanese, where he led the global strategic marketing and marketing organization and, prior to that, managed a diverse specialty‑chemical business line. Before that, Randall was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he delivered strategy, organizational, and commercial transformation work for retail and consumer companies.

Randall received an M.B.A., with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Mathematics from Davidson College.
