Ryan is a Vice President at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm exclusively focused on partnering with Comvest Private Equity and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. He works closely with executives at Comvest Private Equity’s portfolio companies to ensure timely execution of business planning and strategic initiatives and works collaboratively with Comvest Private Equity on certain operational due diligence activities.

Prior to joining OAG, Ryan was a Vice President at Coppermine Capital, where he led value creation activities across the portfolio. Before that, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he executed large-scale transformations with a focus on operations and procurement strategy. Earlier, he held roles in transaction execution at EY-Parthenon and consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Ryan received a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Management Science from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
