Tom is a Principal at Operating Advisory Group (“OAG”), a consulting firm exclusively focused on partnering with Comvest Private Equity and its portfolio companies to drive value creation activities. Tom is responsible for the evaluation of all IT-related capabilities for Comvest Private Equity’s potential company investments pre-acquisition as well as the maturation of IT capabilities within Comvest Private Equity portfolio companies post-acquisition.

Prior to joining OAG, Tom worked for Echo Health Ventures, formerly Mosaic Health Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (Blue Cross NC), where he led a team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments and acquisitions related to Health IT and analytics. In addition, he provided IT oversight and leadership to all Echo Health Ventures portfolio companies in the areas of organization, governance, compliance, process, security and technology.

Tom received a B.S. in Management Information Systems, with highest honors, from Husson University.
